IUCSO Chairman, Muhammad Hamma Misau ESQ.told reporters in Bauchi on Monday that”if Buhari had signed  into law,the Senate approval of the establishment of the institution which was planned for Misau at that time the law was passed, there would not  have been any misinformation or rumours today.

“The needless delay in signing the Senate approval by President Buhari with regards to setting up of Federal College of Education,Misau and others is what has triggered this reports by some persons”.

The group said if such unpatriotic actions are not checked, it is capable of causing problem in education and others sector.

Though, the group stated “it does  not want to lose confidence in President  Buhari’s led federal government,it assured it will remain law abiding in all its dealings and constitutionally stand by its rights”.

And “wondered why it is taking the Presidency such a long time to pass into law a bill initiated, sponsored and passed by the Senate in 2018”.

The bill for the establishment of a federal college of education in Misau was initiated and sponsored by Sen.Isa Hamma Misau in 2018,And had an unanimous  blessings of the Senate of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

“We want to call on President Muhammadu Buhari to initiate an investigation into this matter with a view to find the truth of what we want to believe is mere tumours”.

“We also urge Mr. President to expedite action on the decision of the Senate that allocated the Federal institution to Misau to avoid unnecessary misinformation”.

According Sen.Misau”Mal.Adamu Adamu,Education Minister is  known for his transparency and stand for truth and we are sure that,he will not take what belongs to a community and unjustly give to another”
