OSUN NAWORG was not left out in the international women’s day event as she lends her voice to that of many women around the world in speaking up against gender bias, inequality, the stereotypes, and domestic violence.
Osun NAWORG Coordinator, Mrs Ene Toyosi while celebrating Women said the time has come that Women began to rid themselves of all the negative mindsets that tend to always relegate them to the background. “We must brace up and rise to the challenges taking advantage of every available window of opportunity for growth and development. While striving to always be a better version of ourselves because
Self development leads to self improvement.
“Putting our best foot forward must be of utmost importance to us bearing in mind that with Vision, hard work and determination she can ride above the limitations that there is no height she can’t attain as she aims for the very top.
“In parting while laying emphasise on the importance of the “girl child’ she spoke on the need as Women to pay close attention to the Girl child as the journey all begins with HER…catching them early and instilling in them the right values and qualities that will stand the test of time and better prepare her leadership roles and positions.
